The Kitty Kaya units are insulated, heated for the winter with underfloor heating mats between double carpeting and wall panel heaters for extra cold days and nights.
We have solar powered battery backup to ensure your cats are always warm.
In summer, there are 2 shade cloth roof blinds, one above the polycarbonate roof and one below on top of the cage roof. Each unit is fitted with a quiet fan to keep the kitties cool.

Monday to Saturday from
8.00 am to 6.00 pm in summer, 1 Oct - 31 Mar
from 8.00 am to 5.30 pm in winter, 1 Apr - 30 Sep
Sunday and Public Holidays by appointment only.
Please respect these times.
Drop off & collection outside of these hours under special circumstances by arrangement.
Visiting of long term boarders is encouraged but please make an appointment.

Kitty Kaya offers
Luxury boarding accommodation in Berario, in a quiet garden with trees and bird life for kitties to watch. I personally care for your feline family and have a wonderful helper who helps with all the cleaning and sterilizing and also enjoys talking to and playing with our guests. Because space is limited to a small number of units, we can give individual and personal attention to every guest. As a passionate cat lover, my life-time of experience with cats will ensure that you enjoy peace of mind while you are away. Your cats will be happy and relaxed at Kitty Kaya !
Shade cloth rolled out halfway over the patios in between seasons. In winter it is rolled right back to create extra sun bathing opportunities for sun worshippers. In summer the entire roof is protected from the heat.
